The staff members are all super friendly. It is clean. NO bugs so that is a super plus .. it is a clean and pretty quiet place to stay. Highly recommend. Went from a week to two in a half weeks here. We have really enjoyed our stay here. And we would definitely stay again. The receptions are very helpful ,super friendly always greets you with a smile. Thank you ladies for all you do.
My stay at InTown Suites has been nothing wonderful. The staff here truly makes a difference especially Delilah at the front desk, who is always welcoming, kind, and ready to help with anything you need. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The manager, Andelika, is equally impressive. She’s professional, attentive, and runs the property with care, ensuring everything stays organized and pleasant for everyone. One of my favorite parts of this location is the beautifully decorated garden. It gives the place such a warm, home-like feeling a touch you don’t usually find at extended-stay hotels. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My company has paid for a room for me to stay in, when I'm intown, for the last 8 years. This place has come a long way!!!! The upgrades to the rooms, lobby, security and maintenance are great. Also, Blaire is by far the best GM I have seen. She is very kind to deal with and will go the distance to make you feel welcome. She is also very tough when she needs to be.....this keeps the premise SAFE!
Upon arriving,I was greetedby two lovely ladies at the front desk.They automaticallymade me feel like we had known each other!They were incredibly kind and hospitable! They were very polite and professional!Might i add very pretty too!During my stay They were so helpful that i felt like I didn't want to leave!Everyone i contacted was like we were all friends! I would highly recommend to anyone that this is the best hotel to stay !!!
InTown suits has been my favorite place for the past 5 years..Good in house service ..the cleaning ladys are respectful kind and they will clean up real good. Agelica/Delilah Thank you for always being very helpful to me and everyone else in the building..you lady's always answer any questions I might have. Great honest hard working front office..I have more love
As someone that has never done a long-term stay, I can say that between Delilah and Angelica I’m truly blessed to have found a team like this at Intown suites from the maintenance to management to the cleaners these women have been so kind to me super informative and has made this transition. In my life way easier than imagined. if you’re looking for somewhere to call home whether it’s for a night or a couple of months I would start here truly immaculate
I called in late at about 6pm to make reservations for a late arrival. I subsequently arrived at this location a few minutes before 10pm and was very warmly received by Delilah who informed me it was late and front desk was closed but she will check me in regardless and that the front desk will resume at 11.00am the next day to take payment and formally process me. Come 11am next day I got downstairs and Angelica continued the 6 star customer service experience that Delilah had started. I complained about a few things I didn't like about my current room and Angelica upgraded me after showing me a couple of other options. To say this is the best onboarding experience I have had at a hotel till date is no exaggeration. Thanks, ladies - your employers are lucky to have you!
